Special Rental Rates Available to First Tenant in the
Second Floor Office Units: While the base rent for the
above units (Suites 201 - 205) will be $15.00 per square
foot, a special rental rate for signing a three year lease
will be available to the first tenant. The base rental rates
for the initial tenant will be $13.00, $14.00 and $15.00
per square foot for the initial first, second and third
years.
All rents will include maintenance of the common areas
and heat, electricity and gas up to a maximum of $1.25 per
square foot of the total area.
The building will have security cameras and locks which in
non-business hours can be controlled by each individual tenant.
