Hilton Head - Locale

The complex itself has only 30 villas and is therefore not subject to the masses of people which one would find in other, much larger complexes on the island. The pool and courtyard areas are secure and available for use only by guests of the club.

What makes the Heritage Club stand out among all of the other resorts on Hilton Head is the sports package, which comes with the villa. Each week two people can play unlimited golf at the Ocean and Sea Marsh Golf Courses. Greens fees are waived and the only requirement is a cart rental during the peak times of play. The regular greens fee for these courses runs approximately $85.00 per round per person. In addition, each week two people are entitled to play the PGA Heritage Club course. Again, the greens fees are waived and only the cart rental is required. Greens fees for the Heritage Club are approximately $175.00 per person per round.

Down the street from the club is the home of the Family Circle Tennis Tournament. These tennis courts are available to villa owners for two hours each day. There are approximately 50 miles of bike, roller blading and walking paths, which traverse just the Sea Pines area alone. Deep sea fishing trips leave daily from Harbour Town as well as from South Beach, another area located in Sea Pines approximately three miles away from the Heritage Club.
